That’s my point though - Zn prices are low now because the market is factoring in deteriorating conditions in the future
It’s not the grab bag of 10% tariffs that has the market spooked. It’s the 25% across-the-board tariffs promised next year
It’s not the current CNYUSD weakness thats so concerning, its the consequences of a collapsing yuan in the years ahead
It’s not because large vols of additional supply are currently gushing onto world markets. It’s because new supply is scheduled over coming years
I’m not trying to convince you of anything at this point. I know you’ll ride this one to the bitter end, and when this chapter finally runs it’s course you’ll say something like;
“I always knew this was a risky investment. As Rick Rule says, it’s a numbers game. The problem was that Australian investors didn’t understand Mexico” etc
