But of course it’s not true. The vast bulk of Tony Rovira’s salary is base-pay and cash bonuses. Based on that amount alone, he outearns CEOs from much larger (and more successful) exploration companies. I prepared a comparison table. I’ll post it again tonight

The options he receives are icing sugar sprinked on top of his cake.
