Dolcevita, he's had a good run at this. 10+ years or so in the role, paid many millions of dollars to do something with this company and quite frankly...well, take a look at the SP and the way the market views this stock.
Yes it's high risk but that doesn't automatically mean that you keep flogging a dead horse. Time to face facts and make a change for the better. I wonder how he perceives his own performance over the past 10 or so years?
...Who do I think should replace him? Why on Earth would you ask me that? It's not up to me to find solutions, I'm a shareholder. My interests are supposed to be well-looked after by the company!!
It's up to company management to do the right thing by shareholders and find a resource (or strategy!) that IS capable of turning this dog of a stock around.
Remember these people are paid large sums of money to perform. If they can't perform, there plenty of others out there that might be able to offer shareholders with a better return.
