I’ve posted charts previously showing just how high this is compared to his industry peers, including MDs of companies with MCs many times larger than Azure, and with far better records creating shareholder wealth

All that stuff you mention - him possibly identifying several potentially viable projects, the other less successful exploration projects - that’s just his job. Not sure why it justifies an ever increasing remun?

Anyway, glad you’re happy Sal. At the end of the day my opinion doesn’t mean much. If you think Tony is kicking goals, it’s probably fair to top up his pay.
