    Perhaps an example may help......

    Let's say investor buys say 2mill shares at ..0.06..equals $12,000

    Let's say investor purchase 6 mill. 2019 options at..0.002..equals .$12,000

    Assume share price at ..say 0.026c....therefore

    FOP shares would amount to ..$52,000...

    OPTIONS...at 0.02c.[ 0.026c-0.006c conversion] would amount to $120,000..

    Get my drift.!!!
