I sold out a while back to invest into large J-REIT fund, which has performed really well.
I would expect over the next year or two that the yen will appreciate, AJA looks good.
But if the Aussie does recover, or more likely the BOJ prints again, this could impact share price.
Japan's economy in inner city seems bouyant - I think AJA owns a nice portfolio of properties, so that shouldn't be too problematic.
