After today the MC of ARE is around $35 million. They probably have around $5 million in cash left. They do have their African copper/cobalt assets, but how much value to put on this is hard to say.
I could be wrong, but I don't think the market is factoring in that the Torrens project is really going to happen yet (not surprising given the 10 year delay). We will get an idea of what the market thinks it is worth when the first meter is drilled. Of course if they hit anything major well ...
