In the last Annual Report, FLT hinted that they may even be keen to get into hotel management themselves. The employee incentive system that FLT has would certainly enhance a hotel enterprise.
The one hotel management company, that is spreading its wings overseas in a similar way to what FLT did, is the Mantra Group. Mantra is on a high p/e but is generally undervalued considering good management and quality properties. In my humble opinion, now would be a great time to make a bid.
