I reckon VW / Skoda are the key to unlocking the problem here and delivering for the Czech Government / People and EMH, they have the money and they need the Lithium Hydroxide and they have an immensely strong position in CR.
Time will tell but as frustrated as I am with the shenanigans and bureaucratic posturing, that is all it is and this will all be sorted soon and we will come out of this smiling.
Hold Onto Your Tickets they could turn out to be Golden.
