i think it's safe to say Bardoch wont be exercising his options @$1.00 not because of the price but as i doubt VTI will get any of I-99.
If only the Directors were astute enough to do more than one thing at a time , then VTI would be in a good shape. Reckon the Directors think they dont have to do anything and work will just fall into their laps....
