MR Mike Joseph does not get all the facts, only here say...
Which is why they only mention the spoil piles and nothing else...
You have to realize that the YANKS dont like giving other countries work if they can do it them selves even if the final outcome is not as good as Bauxsol.
Think VTI will be involved but as a partner not a total
remediator.
