Unfortunately, the timing of the delisting announcement is not the issue. The problem is that it takes time before they can delist from the ASX. And as each day pass, there will be continuous selling. Even if it was 44p when it was announced, the people getting out here will slam it right down in next to no time.
All will be fine once after they delist that they start to release some positive news. Then AIM will really fly because it won't be influenced by the arbitrage trade here. I suppose if managed correctly, it will be short term pain but long term gain. And the way I see it, I think all should turn out well on condition that I99 succeed with flying colors. If I99 disappoints, then god help us who holds. Especially us as we won't have any easy way of selling like last time.
Cheers.
