voting no by Oz holders will be outvoted by managment alone so not much chance here.
I have some black thoughts about delisting, initially VTI needed us and only few dollars went to NTI in Vanuatu, shortly it will all change and we are dumped, coincidence ?
no need to report to ASX, most business offshore and offshore account may be the reason for delisting, one have to study the law/tax implications to be more clear
there is plenty of questions related to the above
is CEO going to be permanently out of Australia ?
why not to moove the company to UK and live there ?

I feel dumped and don't like the machinations, lack of liquidity here is not the valid explanation for me
