By the way, further to my earlier post. This test is supposed to trial the delivery method. And they now claim they were not aware that the chromium was part of the Bauxsol composition. In any case, this same Bauxsol has been trialed and tested to be safe so this worry about this little toxin is a non-issue as Neil Bardach said.

But from my understanding of the report, this toxin found on the leachate in the treatment pond is actually an indication that the trial is working wonderfully. WHY? It means that the Bauxsol solution has been successfully 'delivered' through the treated site and leached into the treatment pond. What is more, so far only this chromium which is part and parcel of the Bauxsol and in very safe quantity is the only concern. That means all else are progressing as expected, otherwise, the Penndot would have stopped all work permanently. Anyway, that is just my reading of the situation.
