imo vti is drifting back on low voll due to no report on the i-99 project . dep had cut back vti water allocation to 100k gallons per day as per centredaily 10th article . this may slow things down slightly . however i stand firm on my view of a possitive outcome .
pensylvania and governer randel is the most enviromentaly pro active state / senator in the usa . i would expect far more owrks once i-99 is done shortly
imo not a time to be selling .
