don't get blinded by I-99 alone, request VTI to utilise their latest money, upgrade PR/sales section (purpose of the latest raising) and start informing average shareholders of the developments in the fair and transparent way, same info to average shareholder as to the big funds and released at the same time, or is it asking too much ?
