as far as i have been told all the remaining holders on the ASX registra will be issued with Certs in Australia.
you will have to get them placed on the Crest system (like Chess) to trade them or you can just walk into a good insto broker over here and they will sell them for you. Cert takes about 10 days to get the cash Electronic is T+3.
VTI not providing anything else as yet.
