aaah sorry, i went back and reread a previous one - the companies are accepting AIY stock in exchange for AIY taking a % stake in their companies?
But even so, in the case of the Encounter minerals offer of $7,000,000 cash or 23,000,000 AIY shares at $0.30 per share, if they took the cash they could immediately buy about 90,000,000 AIY shares at today's prices. And that $7,000,000 will buy close to 60,000,000 AIY shares if they're around $0.12 per share in May if the deal goes through?
