"Mr. Flynn has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will manage the finance function and be responsible for financial & strategic planning, treasury requirements, tax planning/compliance, cashflow management and the management of key risk"

Seems to be quite an undertaking if to hold CFO positions in both companies.
