I'm not sure there is much to report? I do hold FBR, i posted here to ask out of curiosity, i thought this must have been known, i only knew about it this morning when FBR released their ann.
Does seem strange there has been no announcement about it here unless it goes right against the grain and he will hold CFO positions at two companies, but this scenario seems very very unlikely.
