One of the reasons I work for myself, beside a lack of any recognisable talent, is I don't take nonsense from people and like to speak my mind.
So they can sue me if they like. I have no financial interest in AHY, not ever going to go short or in anyway benefited from its up or down. That and I have facts and legal documents that they've produced to back what I've said.
So they can sue me. That or save up their legal fund for what's going to be quite interesting times ahead for them.
That's not to say what they've done pre-IPO, and now with the current share buyback from borrowed cash - buying back stocks they've offloaded two years ago for the same price... not to say that it's illegal. I'm not a lawyer and am sure they got proper legal advice for all their works.
But if I'm ASIC or an MP, I'd like to ask them to explain how in the heck they managed to turnaround a losing company in under two years and flog it off for the equivalent of $1b. Yea, please explain.
