Nut, something you have to realize is if the scoping study was released in full the directors are basically showing all of their cards. By not showing all of their cards it allows them to talk with other parties about better offers or JV's without having to declare a true value of what the directors believe they are worth. Think of it as an auction of your house, you are not going to tell everyone at the auction before the bidding starts that you want 60K for your house. You wait till it either passes the reserve or comes close and then play your hand of a vendor bid. The directors are smart and know what they are doing, I have trust they will do the right thing by shareholders as it is in their best interest as well.
