Half year report said it just sold the remaining strata title shops held by WVRPT and the gross revenue is $7.9m of which 43% will add to the top line of TAU's full year report. Considered the revenue in H1 being only $1.9m, I think the full year revenue could be above $5.2m which implies a 49% jump on FY15.
With its solid Balance Sheet with net assets sitting at around $11m implying a deep discount and completely no sellers at this moment, I think it is a good moment to accumulate some parcels at this price level if one is lucky.
