There needs to be a huge caveat on this though, its true TAU trades lower than its NTA - but its very, very illiquid. I'm not sure it could be characterised as a safe play.
I bought a parcel yesterday (and since offloaded it at break even) it took phone calls to two brokers - both who wouldn't place an order at the asking price. In the end I had to place a bid way under market and walk it up, pip by pip over a couple of hours.
My point being, you might get in but have an exit plan (or a plan not to exit) because until the TAU transformation plans complete there may be no liquidity event.
TAU has lots of interesting assets and operations but just be careful is my comment. I wanted to post the TAU link yesterday but didn't want anyone to jump in ill-informed, its easy to get trapped in a stock like this.
