TAU is a deeply discounted property asset play with the additional kicker coming from their indirect dairy company holding.
They operate the Magnum's backpackers at Airlie Beach and more importantly, the land on which it sits. I don't think that this land has been revalued in the books since the dark days of the GFC and the severe downturn in Airlie Beach real estate.
Nice to see the Managing Director, Michael Hackett, finally getting something right. At these prices, with massive potential leverage especially in the AHF convertible notes and options, TAU is the "safe" way to play the boom in the dairy sector.
