Depth can change in a matter of seconds so don't always look at volumes, because it can be very deceiving. The moment big boys start accumulating that's when depth will change in a matter of seconds. Remember AHF is not your typical stock, and its very slow and I mean very slow, but when there's is good news it jumps high. So be patient if you're a long term holder that's all I can say. And, one thing is for sure that this stock is not for day traders unless it becomes another A2M soon.
