Landmark have been flogging it for a few weeks now as an EOI (Expression of Interest) and that closed mid last month. No sign of a contract of offer in the wind either so I gather Jeremy didn't want it as it was priced to high for him and most dairy farmers are looking to exit not enter the market given the fresh opening prices for FGMP for 2018/2019 season.

Wrong farm on the market at the wrong time for the wrong reason...I never bothered looking closer at it or going back to see what it cost them initially so I don't know if it includes stock and what the stock profile is (i.e milkers, age, milk yields, vet costs etc) nor what capital costs has been sunk in to it since they acquired the property.
