At least AHF share price is moving, take a look at TAU (18 cents) and JCC on the NSX (14 cents with a disclosure notice to keep the shareholder notices alive)...both serially stillborn. Essentially the same governance team just different legal entities.
If trading is your game then buy on the announcement and subsequent bunny enthusiasm and sell before reality kicks in. Should be able to pick some up around 10 cents again soon but in reality even this is too high.
