Why before CDC get export license, Why lost it, How can CDC get it again
Lazy way is, when you lost export license, you think it is useless

If you have export license , it make CDC different, Many potential customers in China can come selling for CDC
If you have not export license, AHF just normal milk factory, later the export channel will be totally controlled by other parts

Export license is useful or not, simple test, I guess, if one ANN for AHF
the management team now try to re apply export license (even hard or failed)
it will encourage share holder(they are trying) , the share price will up couple cents
