That would be a done deal then as Michael would vote FOR and with at least 27m odd shares and very few other shareholders ever voting as the share register is riddled with Mum and Dad's and SMSF's who don't take the time then Adrian can be fairly safe in getting back in for another 3 years.
The 2nd strike and a potential Board Spill option is the only avenue open to shareholders if they are serious about wanting change it would seem, but again the Mum & Dad type of investor and SMSF's often don't do anything unless they are spoon fed what to do when (like Class Actions where you have to do very little other than an email registration).
Maybe JCoure is right and it is a sitting duck for a takeover and boy at quite the discount it would be at it seems too...
It would be so awful to see AHF fall by the wayside like the other entrepreneurial start-ups in the diary sector when it have such a solid little business model and the fledglings of something bigger, better and brighter...crushed by complacency, indifference and nepotism.
