According to ALL release:
This outcome, which represents the equivalent of between 8 cents and 9 cents per issued share, has no impact on the Group's operational and strategic objectives or its financial strength or capital management policy."
So if you were to tax on another 4 cents for legal expenses it's not too much of a worry.
ALL has been buying back since the low $7 mark, so it seems that they rate themselves a buy even if the broking firms haven't upgraded them as so.
