The announcement put out by IMF states that IMF will recieve $37m of the $40m to be paid by ALL and that it will record a $22m profit. It would appear that the shareholders will get about $3m which isn't much to shout about.
This outcome reinforces my view that class actions don't do anything to help aggrieved shareholders.
