Unfortunately it tends to lead to a "flight to the doors" on announcement by longer term holders who have just gotten so nervous in the lead up to the announcement that they bail at the first upswing. That's one of the reasons why double top formations occur, selling into good news by tired bulls. Also why I stand aside and let my captial work elsewhere when I can see it going on.
I still think its going to hit 11c again before they get any announcement out.
