LPP08 I think you'll find a TPI director resigning is not a true indication of where things are heading. I know for a fact that several meetings have occured between high level (and following those) senior management over the past 2 weeks, not a sign their relationship is rapping up..... mark my words CMA/TPI will work through their respective issues and there is definate synergies available.
A loss was expected, JID mentioned a "big loss" a month ago, and at the end of the day they are one off's so if they can ride through these lows then there will be plenty of profit on the other side.... my comments that it seemed "things have stabalised" was in regards to cash flow not profit.
When you have 7-9m in cancelled contracts, 5-6m in unpaid debtors and stock worth substaintially less than what you bought it for cash flow is going to suffer.... in reality it is all about whether they can ride through this storm and if Scholz is really in for the long hual then they will carry CMA through (should they need it)....
