Yes, I went. I've been travelling all day today, just getting back into things.

I'll give you my subjective comments, another attendee might report differently, bear in mind, but for me, in a word, disastrous.

There was no discussion on any of the resolutions, and Madam Chairman, as is her wont every year, called a poll on all the resolutions, the result of which has been published.

Beyond that three things, maybe four, stand out: As shareholders registered their attendance they were approached by a group of (amicable) protesters and provided with some anti-VMY, anti-U3O8 material, so the meeting kicked off on the wrong foot before it even began. Once inside the meeting, and in the progress of it, there was one shareholder (proxy holder? I don't know) 'activist' who wanted to take the floor to point out supposed deficiencies in VMY's DFS and in their reporting to shareholders, Madam Chairman disallowed the questions during the formal part of the meeting because they didn't relate to any of the resolutions. At the close of the formal proceedings, Madam Chairman didn't offer question-time to the floor as usually happens at AGMs. There then ensued a minor revolt and questions were allowed, a relatively short series of questions and answers followed, largely, if not entirely, dominated by the shareholder 'activist'. Madam Chairman was eager to end it and she did as soon as she could.

I went along hoping to learn a bit more about the Alligator River project, have the recent results fleshed out a little, and some information about the Velo project, but not a word on either, and, looking back I don't think there was ever any intention on VMY's part to expand on anything, hence no MD's Address to the Meeting notice lodged with the ASX before hand.

It was one of the worst company meetings I've been to, and I've been to a lot of them. There's a little bit more, which I'm not going post here, but VMY's answers to some specific issues raised, in the post-meeting conversations, which I was privy to, were robust and convincing.

    B22.
