it was on the letter they sent. Then asked for my HIN number which was 1 letter and then 10numbers.
See if your address details are correct. You should have been sent confirmation of buy and sell orders?? if not - you need to call your broker IE NABtrade or Commsec.
Would bot worry to much chief. just call broker and see what they say. Then call AEE and see what they can help you with. They are helpful - from experience. T
