Is it just me or does anyone else get the impression that they keep shifting the starting time for this meeting trying to find the "sweet spot" where the LEAST number of people will want to come.... (who can blame them?)

Looks like it is working... I doubt that I will make the effort this time to come into the city for what will likely be a very depressing meeting and then "enjoy" the drive home at that hour...
Last year's meeting was quite optimistic - didn't recognise that as a MAJOR SELL SIGNAL for APG (you'd think that after all these years I would have worked that out)
Good luck to those that decide to brave it one more time (will it be the last AGM for this mob? Seems more likely than ever now)
