    Hi BT,

I popped into the company the other day and spoke to management other than MT and NG.

They were coy in passing information ( as expected) and it was made loud and clear that MT has been working his butt off at Newcastle and in Sydney and putting in long hours.

I can fully understand why you would ask that as we have not seen any deals/results.

From what I gathered there has been much happening at Newcastle and especially with one particular group which has been according to those I spoke with demanded plenty of his and Colin's time. This together with other things on his plate he and Isles are working on all of which according to them has been extremely demanding and time consuming.

Now I have answered your question I will say this!

    No results = questioning remuneration
No results = questions over someone's ability
No results = questions over their desire to attain results

And that for shareholders is the issue. It appears he has not been sitting on his bum but it is clear to date there are NO RESULTS.

They indicated all his and Colin Isles efforts over the last 10 months are starting to bear fruit and are coming together and comments were made about transactions pending (one, all being well within a couple of weeks and two others very much on the go) however we will have to see what the company says about potential upcoming deals at the AGM.

I firmly believe the content of our discussions was genuine and had substance. Without them divulging names/groups or any details re up coming transactions they explained what is happening in the industry, the issues the industry are having world wide and how APG is a perfect fit and resolution for their problems and how the companies are more receptive to APG and its technology. It was intimated huge potential with current company they are talking to and I hope for everyone's sake we get the desired results.

I think the company is well aware of shareholders grievances and whatever the outcome of the voting they know they have limited time to get deals complete and show the shareholders they can perform and are capable.

For those attending and that have marginally more technical knowledge/industry knowledge than the rest of us have your questions prepared for Colin Isles. His knowledge and experience is impressive.
