Newly registered to HC, but I have been watching the APG posts for some time.
Be aware that if one does not cast a vote, the Chairman is allowed vote for you. ie One now needs to vote abstain, rather than just not vote.
If you are serious about the No vote, I suggest someone (I do not have the time) talks to the top 5 shareholders (details on p55 of AR) - with them on-board you will get some progress. I can provide some limited help and will try to attend the meeting. Someone with more knowledge that I should be able to tell us how to get shareholder questions listed as part of the agenda.
This should not be about the personalities, but the company and how it can best proceed from here. That said, a doubling in salaries in 12 months without substantial change in the underlying business is truly outrageous.
