    I just hope APG know the limitations and can negotiate a deal that is viewed favorably enough for another company to actually sign it. It appears APG have changed aspects of the funding deal and this may not be acceptable to whoever is providing the funding so that remain quite a risk but if it is agreed upon we will all profit
