Hey Markie, I had a read but am no expert either. Seems like a chance to hoover up minorities and thereby reduce admin cost.
I would describe this as bean counting but savings like these can add up.
Still holding 85,000 odd and as I have said before see Crescent as the nicest shark in the ocean.
Shareholders can hardly complain as we were invited/encouraged to participate in each raising and it was a simple decision to buy at a deep discount to the price Crescent paid.
