Won't be surprised if SP heads south. None of their projects have a clear run to completion. (Disappointed that Pagbilao Hub requires a 100km pipeline to distribute LNG).
However it will only take one break-through announcement at Pagbilao or Sengkang and SP will go through roof.
In the meantime lots of uncertainty, therefore SP is vulnerable.
