See above. Will be via pipeline.  Definitely from vibe of the talk it seemed down (relatively speaking) the list of priorities. Top priority was land access for power transmission. 12/18 months seemed to be an indication on the pipeline (from my scribbled notes) but really the situation is fluid given the balls in the air. DOE has given the green light to apply for the build but again need land access/acquisition. Clearly the most tangible and near-term revenues are from the Philippines power and Sengkang LNG.
