Hi N,
great to catch up. hard to work out if my glass is half full, half empty or has a leak.
As the new guy said, there is big potential and with his contacts in the states and locally he is feeling very positive.
For the mean time the focus must remain on cash flow and getting this deal over the line.
Just because cash flow could be two years away doesn't mean the sp cant go for a run and hold at a much higher level.
Without cash flow APG like any other stock will be valued on the value of the technology, pending deals and potential once deals are signed.
The financial statements (note 12 ) show the recoverable amount of mineral technology assets at $35m after a conservative discounting of 22%. This works out at 2.7c per share.
The company has no structured debt.
Therefore - a reshuffle/change in management (giving change in confidence/sentiment), an Asian deal (equity plus license fees) plus the 2.7c per share as per item 12 should see the sp settle much much higher than the current sp.
The current sp is trading on lack on confidence in management combined with lack of news.
Looking forward to both changing.
Cheers
