That's a first hand confirmation that it was a significant end user testing the material & not an independent 3rd party or research company. Always best to have your product proven first hand by the decision maker & the request for the larger sample for further testing is also good confirmation of this.
I wonder if that will convince the Sydney 'blogger' of the quality of our product ........
