Having said that, there has been dilution through the conversion of convertible notes into shares - Money raised by the company converted into shares. These shares were issued at a value of 3c a share (hence my numbers above). Roughly 3 times as many shares as there were before trading stopped, so there has been a large dilution. But at least there is still a company.
