This is not a dilution, this is a share consolidation. For every 12 you owned, you know own 1. This reduces the number of shares in the company, but does not change your % share of the company, and should not change the total value of your shares. If the share price was 3 cents, the consolidation would now make the share price 36c. Don't quote me on that share price because after 4 and a half years it could be anywhere (assuming it does relist)
Having said that, there has been dilution through the conversion of convertible notes into shares - Money raised by the company converted into shares. These shares were issued at a value of 3c a share (hence my numbers above). Roughly 3 times as many shares as there were before trading stopped, so there has been a large dilution. But at least there is still a company.
