The fact that they are investing skin in the game gives me a little bit of hope. Still not happy about the consol though. We've already had the the 10:1 consol which worked out great for everyone. I understand why they are doing it but still doesn't make me feel any better. Let's hope these new guys are a bit more pro active in building shareholder wealth ( or minimise loss). We sit and we wait but I have to admit I feel a tiny bit better knowing there is new blood in the company.

Let's see what transpires over the next 6 months.
