I can't answer your questions formally as I'm not on the Board but just my opinion
a) Oraline died 7 years ago. I think the other rubbish was to keep shareholders quiet while they mulled over other deals
b) and e) I guess James Williams will cover this at the AGM
c) all i can think of is that they had very different views on how to run the company
d) no answer
