I am starting to feel that "heritage issues" are just an excuse for delaying the project. Heritage issues do not normally cause big delays - especially as we have not even heard what the heritage issues are - if they were major someone would have shouted about it.

I suspect the truth is in the "logistical solutions" mentioned by Vortster. Looks to me like they are delaying so they can do a deal with someone for a rail solution rather than trucks. Hope it doesn't become another AGO where they are forever saying that rail will happen but it never does. I guess the difference with IOH is the influence that Kerry Stokes might have, and the good relationship we must have with FMG after the $4 mill we gave them at the start of the year.

That fact that they have been so quiet the last few months is very suspicious.
